As a follow up to my article on Las Vegas apt I found this and wanted to link to it.
Las Vegas is seeing a whole lot of new residents and businesses moving downtown.
Downtown’s are usually the heart of most cities but downtown Las Vegas hasn’t had very good luck. As the Las Vegas Strip grew, many older casinos failed, businesses moved out and the homeless moved in.
In 1994 that began to change as new businesses moved in and started to revitalize the area.
The new companies that are moving downtown now are bringing employees and families with them. Las Vegas apt are being built and residents are filling them up according to http://www.8newsnow.com/story/14925273/the-re-birth-of-downtown-las-vegas.
Maybe things are finally looking up for downtown Las Vegas.
