7 Diners To Try In Las Vegas

by Josephine Hogan

Are you stuck in a rut of going to the same diners all the time? And you aren’t sure where to go to get in a change of venues? Las Vegas is filled with so many great places to eat, it can definitely be difficult to choose.

But we’ve compiled a list of our very favorite diners that you’ll want to check out. All of these businesses are guaranteed to give you a great dining experience. As always, be sure to check out their websites to see their regulations before heading on over.

1) The Cracked Egg

This locally own and operated family business has five locations throughout Las Vegas. And there’s a reason for it. You are guaranteed to have a great breakfast when you go to The Cracked Egg. With the large menu, it may be hard to decide what to choose. But we recommend trying one of their eggs benedict options. No matter what you choose to get, you’ll want to be sure to order some coffee cake to go along.

2) Babystacks Café

When you visit Babystacks, you’ll find homemade food that is absolutely delicious. This locally owned and grown family business has several locations to choose from throughout the valley. Including Henderson and Blue Diamond. And you know you can’t go wrong with any of them. When you get there, try one of their many pancake options. Some of our favorites are the banana foster and Cinnabon pancakes.

3) Eat

You’ll find this amazing restaurant in downtown Las Vegas, but don’t let that deter you from giving it a try. With a professional chef like Natalie Young cooking up the food, you are sure to find stellar food you won’t want to miss out on. We recommend you checking out the chicken fried steak or the biscuits and gravy when you head on over. But no matter what you choose, you are bound to enjoy it.

4) Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs

While Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs was originally founded in Reno, with several locations up there to choose from. And now, it has now made its way down south. You can bet it’s for a good reason too. Known for its stellar breakfast, you want to head on over to one of their two locations throughout the valley. You will find that anything you choose is great, but we recommend trying our favorite, the Huevo Rancheros.

5) MTO Café

If you’re looking for diners with comfort food made from fresh, quality ingredients. Then this is the place for you. Stop in at the downtown location on Sunday for an amazing brunch. Or if you’d like to go to MTO Café during the week, check out the Summerlin Location. But no matter where you choose to go, you are going to have an outstanding meal. We recommend steak and eggs. And if you’re looking for a drink, check out the bottomless mimosas.

6) Mr. Mamas Breakfast and Lunch

In the heart of Las Vegas, Mr. Mamas Breakfast and Lunch is just a couple of miles off the strip. Whether you’re going in for breakfast or lunch, you will be able to find something delicious to eat. Be sure to try the Philly Cheese Steak when you’re there for lunch. And for breakfast, check out the Greek Omelet. And if you’re wanting Sunday brunch, be sure to go early or expect a wait. But trust us, you’ll want to wait for this amazing food.

7) Omelet House

Founded over 40 years ago, the Omelet House now has three locations throughout the valley. But no matter which one you choose, you are sure to have a great dining experience. With the friendly staff and great ownership, plus amazing food, you’ll be coming back again and again. When you get there, you’ll want to try the Chili Verde Omelet. But if you aren’t up for eggs, consider trying the hot pastrami sandwich.
